i found it on the google or bing without the autor signature, i did not know it was forbidden :(
..
what do you recommend in theese cases... do i erase it?

I'd say ask the creator if she minds.
Basically, if you just google up an image it's still copyrighted. Every image is, except in cases where it says explicitly it's free to use.
